Hello, I'm Shirley!

I am a holistic wellness coach and energy healer with a rich background in corporate management. My passion lies in guiding individuals towards a state of complete well-being, healing and heightened awareness through Spinal Energetics. This powerful modality helps clients to release stress, tension, trauma and energetic blockages, paving the way for a more balanced and fulfilling life.

I am trauma-informed certified, and most of my work is centered on trauma release and helping individuals reclaim their lives after a traumatic event.

I currently offer private and group Spinal Energetics sessions and events, available both online and in-person. These sessions are designed to enhance overall wellness by addressing the root causes of physical, emotional, spiritual and mental imbalances.

In addition to Spinal Energetics, I curate and lead sharing circles, group events, and private workshops that foster a holistic approach to well-being.
