Our Finnish Wedding Video is here!

Hello my loves, this is just a quick post to share our beautiful wedding video! Tuomas and I got married last year in July 2019 in beautiful Helsinki, Finland. My wonderful husband is Finnish and we always knew that we wanted to get married in his home country. With this video, I hope you can see that it is possible to find love again after going through a painful divorce or relationship and that you can move on with the man/woman of your dreams and find true happiness again. Love will always win.

I will write a separate post in the near future about finding love after divorce and how to get over your fears if you are thinking about marrying for the second time. I will also write about learning to trust again after being betrayed in a previous relationship. Know that these fears can be dealt with and you can have a new relationship without carrying these fears which can affect you and your new partner.

Trust me I know how hard it is to move on and commit to a new relationship especially when you’ve been hurt before and you’re scared that the past will repeat itself. After my divorce, I was dating again but this time I had a young baby Leo in tow and I knew that the next man I chose to settle down with would have to love my son completely as his own. Tuomas has loved Leo as his own from the very first day he laid eyes on him. There is so much love in our little family that it has blown away all expectations I ever had.

Once upon a time I told myself I would never marry or have another child again, now I’m married and BIG NEWS…we’re planning to get pregnant this year and finally give Leo a sibling! I’ve always wanted a big family but you know what just having one more child seems more than enough and I am already EXTREMELY grateful with what I have right now. Life is short but also so beautiful and precious if we choose to see it that way. Believe in love, believe in miracles and have faith that things will work out for the best. Most things happen for a reason and remember that when one door closes, five more will open up elsewhere.
